SNF Holding Company’s Flomin Coal Inc. Group (“FCI”) is pleased to
announce the acquisition of Appalachian Chemical Services LLC (“ACS”).
ACS becomes a significant part of SNF and FCI’s USA Coal Mining business.
The Experienced Sales Team of ACS becomes a valuable addition to the FCI
Sales Team and will continue its dedication to a true partnership with all
of its customers.
Effective August 1, 2011, the FCI sales order desk will be operational at
our main office location in Pikeville, Kentucky for handling all customer
orders.
