The
Liquid Polymer Preparation Systems are designed for dependable
operation. Years of field experience with liquid polymer preparation
combined with the knowledge of the leading manufacturer of
water-soluble polymers is incorporated into every design.
The EA series meters the polymer with a progressive cavity pump. The
polymer is injected through a self-cleaning check valve into a
viscosity equalizing recirculation loop. The multi-stage mixer then
initiates activation of the diluted polymer with high speed
blending. The result is a solution that is ready to send to the
application tank for metering into the process with no further
agitation required.
The system performs the following:
• Meters neat emulsion or solution polymers
• Mechanically mixes the product to begin proper activation
• Upgradable to ratio the neat product to the incoming water flow
• Transfers the solution to the application tank
