Liquid Polymer Preparation Systems are designed
for dependable operation. Years of field experience with liquid polymer preparation, combined with the knowledge of the leading manufacturer of water-soluble polymers, is incorporated into every system design.

The EM series is our simplest and most economical system. The EM Series meters the polymer with a progressive cavity pump. The polymer is injected through a self-cleaning check valve into the system
water supply prior to a static mixer. The result is a solution that can be sent directly to the application
point or to a solution application tank.

The system performs the following:
• Meters the neat emulsion or solution polymers
• Mixes the product in-line to begin proper activation
• Protects the equipment from loss of water flow
• Transfers the solution to an application tank or direct to the process

Choices available:
• In-line direct feed or to a tank with level controls
