ML Series Mannich Preparation Systems

Mannich Preparation Systems are designed for dependable operation. Years of field experience with Mannich preparation, combined with the knowledge
of the leading manufacturer of water-soluble polymers, is incorporated into every design.

The ML series is specifically designed for this cost-effective polymer. The Mannich is metered, with a progressive cavity pump, through our specially designed FLOBORE injection device for viscosity equalization into the dilution water. The result is a solution that is ready to send to a polymer solution tank for further mixing, then into the process. The system performs the following:

• Meters the high-viscosity neat Mannich
• Hydraulically disperses the product in the FLOBORE injection device
• Mechanically shears the Solution for proper preparation
• Transfers the Solution to a solution tank

Options:
• Ratio Control of the polymer to the incoming water flow
• Allen-Bradley
™ PLC and Panelview™ Touchscreen Operator Interface**
• Various Tank Configurations
• Air Compressor if plant air is not available
