Product Quality
SNF makes every effort to provide the highest quality polymer to
fill each order through control processes that help ensure all
shipments leaving SNF manufacturing facilities meet or exceed all
specification tests. Batch samples are retained at the manufacturing
plant for traceability.
SNF will not be responsible for polymer quality after the shipment
has left the plant, including results of mishandling by customers,
contamination of packaging, or product being stored for long periods
of time.
If you believe that you have received product that is off-spec,
please take the following steps:

Contact the Resale Manager.

Record the product number, lot number, and order date.
|
|
3. |
Collect an 8-ounce sample of the polymer in question and send it
to the
Quality Control Manager or Resale Manager for analysis. |
If, upon our analysis, the problem is deemed to be caused by SNF,
the polymer will be replaced, or the appropriate credit shall be
issued. |
